Müşterim was born inside a real e-commerce business selling its own products online. As thousands of orders piled up, we kept asking the same question: "Why do most of the people who place a first order never come back?"
To find the answer, we wrote our own tool for our own store: a dashboard that analyzes orders, catches drifting customers, prepares a personal coupon and sends a message in one click. When we saw it work, we turned it into a product any WooCommerce store can use. Every store using Müşterim today runs the very same tool we use in our own business every day.
Born from our own problem
Müşterim's first user was our own store. Every feature was tried on our own orders first; only what worked made it into the product.
